I think the Building on the extreme right must be the Unicorn Hotel. The Sign there starts with a "U".

To the left of the old Unicorn Hotel there is a man leaning on a wall, which is part of the bridge, where Waller Hill Beck flows under Keighley Road. A boy is sat on the parapet. There is a broad ramp running down to the beck, in front of the light coloured building, which I didn't know about before. In my youth there was a parapet set futher back and the approach to the beck was futher along on the same side as the hotel.
